We are cxomni, a startup founded in 2015. We operate the cxomni CXM cloud, a leading SaaS solution for professional Customer Experience Management (CXM) and Customer Journey Mapping. The cxomni CXM cloud is used by large corporates in Europe and North America and is permanently enhanced for the benefit of our users. Our home is in Munich, but we practice a remote work structure in which we successfilly combine Gemany-wide work from home office with occasional meetups in presence.
Your Tasks:
- Design and implementation of new functional areas of the CXM Cloud in the backend and in data management, as well as further development of existing components
- Extension of the CXM-cloud to work with external systems/APIs
- Quality assurance and performance optimization with high standards
Your Qualification:
- A university degree or relevant professional experience in the fields of computer science, information technology or similar.
- Excellent communication skills in English (company language) and ideally German.
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in developing enterprise software.
- Advanced knowledge in API development/handling SQL, GraphQL.
- Experience with Python is a plus
- Proficient with SCRUM artifacts and/or use of Kanban (Jira) and version control systems (Git).
- Willingness and undisturbed spatial possibilities to work in a home office
- Willingness to travel to the occasional presence meeting at the company headquarters in Munich.
- Your primary residence is in Germany.
- If you do not have German citizenship, you have a valid work permit (e.g. Bluecard).
