We are based in Munich, but we practice a hybrid working structure in which we successfully combine remote work with occasional face-to-face meetings.

Your Mission:

You are responsible for developing new business and overseeing the entire sales process – from the initial approach to the successful conclusion of the contract. You recognise the needs of our customers, accompany the trial process and develop excellent onboarding hand in hand with the Customer Success Team. You guide potential customers through the entire sales cycle and ensure that they receive optimal support from the first contact to the conclusion.

Your Challenges:

  • You are the first point of contact for our leads and are responsible for identifying their challenges and use cases. You impress with your solution-oriented approach in every situation.
  • Proactively generating new business through research, qualification, cold calling and networking (sales navigator) – that's your passion.
  • You are a talented communicator and quickly build trust with expertise and emotion.
  • You always have the business impact in focus and help potential customers find solutions tailored to their use cases.
  • Active participation and teamwork: your own ideas are welcome. We grow together.

We are looking forward to:

  • You want to make a difference in sales
  • You have an existing network in the field of CX or journey management and have contact with decision-makers
  • You were able to demonstrate your success in sales in your first few years of professional experience in software sales, customer success B2B (Enterprise) and/or customer experience
  • Confidence in using CRM tools (ideally Hubspot)
  • You feel confident in addressing cold leads (hunting) and are able to develop them for the sales pipeline.
  • Excellent presentation skills, including to C-level
  • Completed studies or vocational training in a commercial, digital, marketing or IT field
  • German language skills at least at C1 level or as a native language
  • English language skills at least at C1 level
  • Place of residence in Germany or another EU country
